  1. Fill out your application form and copy and paste it into an email and send it to Joanie at updf@earthlink.net
  2. Joanie will invoice you from the Upper Potomac Dulcimer Fest PayPal account. Wait for the invoice!
  3. You will receive an invoice from PayPal... pay by following the instructions on the invoice.
