Lisa & Heather Malyuk

are celebrated performing artists in northeast Ohio and abroad. Despite their youth, the musical maturity & ingenuity they exude is that of their seasoned colleagues. In addition to their extensive performance schedule as a duo, Lisa & Heather have had the pleasure of frequent collaboration with their mentors, the reknowned Tina Bergmann & Bryan Thomas. The girls have enjoyed much positive acclaim during their career thus far & look forward to continuing with many musical ventures.


Cindy Ribet

Cindy Ribet

is a fine player and dulcimer teacher from Durham, North Carolina steeped in the traditional old time, bluegrass and gospel music of the region. She plays hammered and mountain dulcimers, piano, fiddle, recorders and guitar and has numerous recordings to her credit including her most recent, “Sounds of Flight,” which includes many of her original compositions. Her clear teaching and boundless enthusiasm infects the many new players she instructs and her insatiable love of old-time music is a highlight at festival jam sessions.


Dan Landrum

Dan Landrum

from Signal Mountain, Tennessee, has toured as a soloist on Yanni’s World Ethnicity Tour, with the group, Hammer On, and with dulcimer player, Stephen Humphries. Dan’s strong percussion background is apparent in his creative and energetic playing. A popular teacher, he founded the Chattanooga Dulcimer Festival and publishes the Dulcimer Players News as well as teaching and performing a numerous festivals around the country and outside the Chattanooga Aquarium.


Ken Kolodner

Ken Kolodner

has toured extensively solo, with the high energy trio Helicon performing instrumental music from around the world, and with fiddlers, Laura Risk and Elke Baker. In addition to teaching at many festivals, Ken's credits include an Emmy nomination, many highly acclaimed recordings on the Dorian label, and his newest recording on the Maggie’s Music label “Journey to the Heartland.”


Gadelle

Gadelle
is an all woman, traditional French-Acadian band whose name comes from an old Acadian word which translates as “wild berries” and also has a connotation of a feisty female. Hailing from Prince Edward Island on Canada's east coast, the group features Helene Bergeron on vocals, piano, pump organ, fiddle, foot percussion and step dancing and Louise Arsenault on fiddle, harmonica, foot percussion, and step-dancing and includes members from the newest generation of gifted traditional musicians teamed up with Louise and Helene, veterans of the stage with the internationally acclaimed group, Barachois.
